SHIPPING <> RETURN <> REFUND POLICY

The Certification Hub appreciates your business.

You will be re-directed to our download area as soon as your payment has been processed by Paypal [Our Primary Payment Processor]. Simultaneously, a Download Link will be generated as a "backup", in case for some reason, you fail to access our download page!

If you paid by e-check: This eCheck payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared from the your bank account, which usually takes 4 business days. This item will not be shipped until the funds have cleared into your PayPal account. Therefore, if your item is downloadable, you will only receive a download link after the e-check has cleared.

If you paid through iKOBO: It may take a little longer to process your payment and release your download link. Whereas our back end operations with Paypal are automated, those with iKobo are not. We have to process your payment manually. We urge you to be patient.

You will have a total of three download attempts. On the fourth attempt you will be locked out. This is purely for security and accountability reasons. Under normal circumstances you should be able to download your product on the first attempt.

We do realize that due to unforeseen server problems you may require more than three attempts to download your product. In the event that you are locked out, please contact us at: sales@thecertificationhub.com . Please note that all successful and unsuccessful downloads are appropriately recorded in our database.

Return / Refund Policy: All sales are final. Since items purchased from The Certification Hub can be copied, we will not accept any returns for refunds.

 

NON - DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

Shipping Policy: Your product will be shipped to you via United States Postal Service [USPS]. The item will be assigned a tracking number and/or a return receipt will be attached to it for purposes of accountability. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your product has been shipped.

All sales are final unless defective. Since items purchased from The Certification Hub can be copied, we will not accept any returns for refunds. An item can only be returned for exchange in case it is defective. A similar item will be shipped to you as replacement. Please note that we can process returns only for items purchased from The Certification Hub. If your return is not due to our error, we will bill the shipping costs to you and we will also charge a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Note: You have 2 days on receipt of product to examine it for any defects. We will not accept any returns after this grace period.

In case the product is defective on receipt please e-mail The Certification Hub at sales@thecertificationhub.com  with the following information:

  • Purchaser's name
  • E-mail address
  • Transaction ID [If applicable]
  • What is being returned
  • Why you are returning the item(s)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your return on receipt of your complaint and also when we've received and processed the returned item.
